Psychological competence as an aspect of innovation in an institution of secondary vocational education

This article discusses the state of modern professional education in the context of innovation development. It is argued, that psychiatric service at the college provides psychological support of innovation and allows to create a psychological competence as a basic characteristic of a highly professional and competitive personality.
