Psychological correction of emotional states self-regulation in teachers

The results of self-regulation features study among educators were presented in the article. We established the correlation between individual-stylistic features of self-control and sustained anxiety of teachers. It was concluded that psychocorrectional work helped stabilize the emotional state of teachers, reduce the level of situational and personal anxiety, and learn techniques of emotional states self-regulation.
