This article analyzes the concept of psychological competence of a teacher. Based on the consideration of the features of the formation of juvenile delinquent behavior in the educational process, including the influence of teachers on the formation of juvenile delinquent behavior, conclusions are drawn about the peculiarities of the psychological incompetence of the teacher and its signs.
