Psychological support of junior schoolchildren in overcoming conflict relationship

This article deals with conflict relationship as showing negative affectivity resulting in conflict situations, suppressing schoolchildren active adaptation to training activities acquiring the system of relations between individuals, corresponding norms and models of behavior. The research is devoted to the determination of the psychological and pedagogic conditions providing junior schoolchildren adaptation to training activities through overcoming conflict relationship between a teacher and a pupil and between pupils.
