Psychological counseling of civil servants who are experiencing emotional difficulties related to career

This article analyses the civil servants' problems connected to the difficulties of career perception, as well as development and testing of methods of psychological counseling rendered to people going through emotional difficulties related to their careers. The paper is based on the theoretical concepts of problem-oriented approach. The author considers the examples of consultations with heads of regional state structures facing such problems, and suggests the practical guidelines of the relevant psychological counseling.
