Psychological aspects of pedagogical activities as a determinant of successful implementation of personality oriented learning

The article deals with the psychological aspects of solving the problems of pedagogy associated with the interpersonal interaction in the learning process. There is presented the review of the psychological components of the teacher’s personality, the mechanisms of perception: empathy, reflection, casual attribution, etc. There is paid particular attention to the professional attitudes of the teacher as a fundamental factor in the productive implementation of the personality oriented learning. The results of the study of professional attitudes of the teacher on the perception of students are given. The work was carried out on the basis of Karaganda State Technical University (Republic of Kazakhstan) and Orsk Humanitarian-Technological Institute (the branch) of Orenburg State University. The study involved 80 people aged 35-65 years, teachers of the university.
