Formation of pharmasists' professional skills in the field of their communication with elderly patients

The article is devoted to the description of "Communication with an elderly customer" training program created for pharmacists. The created program allows forming and developing necessary professional skills of communication between chemists and elderly drugstore visitors. Establishing the training program is based on the systematized knowledge of geriatrics, psychology of communication, conflictlogy, supervision in drugstores, case-studies.
