Psychological factors affecting the firing of cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Fire training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is not only one of the most important components of their direct activities, but also an integral and necessary component of their professional work. In addition to physical activity, professional activity includes intellectual as well as emotional. In turn, the specifics of the discipline and fire training classes have a direct impact on the psyche of students. In this paper, the problems of training cadets for direct service activities will be considered, some psychological aspects affecting the firing of military weapons and its results during training sessions on fire training of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as possible means of their elimination, will be disclosed. The relevance of the issue is due to the fact that the educational process, which is associated with fire training, is an important component of future professional growth. The development of the employee's personality will occur only if the existing negative psychological factors are eliminated, affecting both the work with weapons in general and the results of shooting.
