Psychological adaptation features of freshmen for training at secondary and higher education institutions

Increasing relevance of higher education has led to the fact that among the students there is a significant increase of student numbers in secondary specialized educational institutions and universities, including non-residents. This paper discusses some features of the adaptation process and related with it conditions of first-year students of colleges and universities. The analysis of features of value-semantic sphere when moving to study in another location is given.
