Introduction. The dynamically developing society increasingly requires social mobility of an individual in all spheres of life, while lying can act as a tool. The period of youth is critical in determining one’s membership of a society and is characterized as a vital time period of professional self-determination and active work on one’s personality, learning and acquiring new things. The study of modern youth perceptions of lying will allow us to penetrate deeper into the system of their moral beliefs and thereby expand and streamline knowledge about the psychological characteristics of this age. The objective is to study psychological peculiarities of the attitude to lying in connection with personality resilience in the period of adolescence.
