This article examines the psychological features of working with a group in the context of project activities, focusing on creating a comfortable and safe educational environment. Project activities, as a form of collaboration, require participants not only professional skills, but also the ability to interact in a group. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of project activity, the role of group work in the educational process, as well as the psychological aspects of group dynamics that affect the effectiveness of collaboration. Emphasis is placed on the importance of creating an environment of trust and support, which contributes to greater participant engagement and improved quality of outcomes.
