Psychological features of the relationship between self-regulation and coping behaviour of police officers first recruited for the internal affairs’ bodies

Introduction. Police officers’ law enforcement activity is characterized by the intensity of operational and service tasks, lack of time for decision-making, high responsibility for the results of activities and stressful situations. Negative aspects of law enforcement activity require from police officers developed self-regulation skills, which, along with active and pro-social coping strategies, provide reliability of professional activity.
