Psychological attitudes in the motive-need sphere of the internal affairs’ chief staff

The data received from the experiments on studying the dominant psychological attitudes in the motive-need sphere of transport police chief officers are analyzed with regard to the officers’ successful professional performance. The author estimates the interaction between different psychological, individually-psychological qualities, sociopsychological attitudes and successful professional performance.
