Psychological portrait of the most attractive dance group coach for students

The results of a study of the personal and professional characteristics of a dance group coach who is most attractive to students are presented. As the main result of the work, a psychological portrait of an ideal, in the opinion of students, coach was proposed, and 64 of his qualities were identified. The key ones are kindness, benevolence, grace, sense of humor, gentleness, flexibility, elegance. The survey participants described a female coach with a high degree of job satisfaction, a desire for new achievements in dance activities to receive new titles and awards, self-development, and an active participation in competitions as “ideal.” It has been established that the age of the participants in his dance group influences the perception of a trainer's attractiveness. The research materials can be used by sports psychologists and psychology teachers at different levels of education.
