Psychological well-being of teachers as an aspect of the problem of psychological safety of educational organizations

The article is concerned with the problem of psychological well-being of schoolteachers in connection with personal qualities and satisfaction of different sides of teaching activity. The study shows that the most important conditions of psychological well-being are good relations between teachers and pupils, recognition of child as value and teacher's positive self-conception.
