Psychological study of the activity of individuals in the organization

The article presents some results of a long-term study of the activities of individuals in organizations. The definition of an individual’s activity is given, its psychological structure is revealed, and the types of actions that make up the activity are highlighted. The content of actions performed by a person in situations of interaction with other people is revealed. The definition of interaction is given, the classification of situations of interaction of individuals in the activity is carried out. The results of the study of the frequency of interaction of persons belonging to various professional groups are presented. The peculiarities of people’s cognition of each other in interaction situations are revealed. The prerequisites and conditions of successful activity of individuals in the organization are substantiated.
