Psychological and legal bases of recognizing evidence as inadmissible at preliminary investigation stage

In the given clause the problem of the admissibility of evidence is analyzed. In its first part we consider the legal bases, and in the second - the psychological criteria influencing the admissibility of evidence. Also designated is the problem of the parity of psychological violence, tactics of manufacture of investigatory actions and lawful psychological influence.
