One of the most important problems in our country is the problem of crimes committed against minors. The severity of such crimes consists not only of the obviously more vulnerable position of the minor, but also of causing severe physical and mental damage to the victims, which is then fixed in the mind of the child in the form of a psychotraumatic situation and has unpredictable consequences, ranging from personal and communication problems ending with suicide attempts or facts. The main goal of our work is to study the psycho-traumatic impact of adults on minors as the main factor in the development of psycho-physiological problems, which will allow us to develop effective mechanisms for the legal regulation of the prevention of crimes against minors, as well as improve the technology of rehabilitation of children and adolescents who have experienced psychological trauma as a result of violence.
