The article deals with current state of psychoactive substance abuse in Russia: statistics and reasons of psychoactive substance abuse among teenagers are given. The author presents regulatory legal acts that provide the grounds for psychological and pedagogical prophylactic treatment of psychoactive substance abuse. Psychological methods of substance abuse prophylactic treatment are suggested.
