Psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of information and management culture of cadets

Тhe article deals with psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of information and management culture of cadets in the system of military education. Scientific approaches to the concept of information and management culture, its structure and components are analyzed. The interrelation between information literacy and management skills of future officers is substantiated. The key psychological factors influencing the formation of this culture, including motivation, cognitive features and strategic thinking, are revealed. Pedagogical conditions contributing to the development of cadets' ability to work effectively with information in managerial activity are described: problem-based learning, inclusion in real managerial situations, combination of traditional and digital technologies. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirming the effectiveness of the developed educational program are presented. It is shown that the integrated approach to training, combining the development of personal qualities and mastering of modern information technologies, provides a high level of training of cadets. The prospects for further research in the field of improving educational methods for the formation of information and management culture in military universities are defined.
