Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the formation of students' communicative competence by means of training technologies based on the analysis of their personal characteristics and status-role positions

The urgency of the problem is connected with the introduction of a competence-based approach into the practice of higher education, which causes the need for the formation of universal and general professional competencies in the process of professional training of students. The purpose of this article is to reveal the practical experience of using training technologies in the process of forming communicative competencies (perceptual, interactive, etc.) of students in higher education based on the personal characteristics of students' interaction and their status and role positions. This article presents the results of an empirical study of the personal characteristics of students studying in the field of training 44.03.04 – Vocational training (by industry), the training profile “Information Systems Engineering”, which are the basis for designing a program of socio-psychological training on the formation of communicative competencies of future teachers of vocational education using a questionnaire test on communicative and organizational abilities, a 16-factor Kettell personal questionnaire (self-assessment option) and a nonparametric version of the sociometric methodology. The developed program of training sessions can be used in the process of psychological and pedagogical support of first-year students at the stage of their adaptation to study at a higher educational institution.
