Psychological-educational aspects of aircraft construction students vocational training

The article investigates the topical psychological-educational aspects of aircraft construction students vocational training. The authors consider the problem of motivation of academic activity and pedagogical conditions of availability for self-realization in educational process of university, which can promote self-development, professional selfrealization and high competitiveness of aircraft construction students.
