Psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of legal consciousness of the future teachers in conditions of high school are analyzed. Stages of formation, a condition, the basic groups of the psychological and pedagogical factors rendering the greatest influence on development of sense of justice of students are shown. The complete model of formation of legal consciousness of students is developed, as its{her} basic blocks are allocated: 1) the administrative block, 2) legal formation {education}, 3) legal education, 4) the block of social and psychological support of students, 5) the block of preventive maintenance and overcoming of deformations of legal consciousness.
