Psychological and pedagogical conditions for improvement of law enforcement officers’ corporative culture

Introduction. Under consideration is a relevant psychological and pedagogical problem of modern Russia, that is improvement of corporative culture of law enforcement officers, who are in the forefront of maintaining law and order in the state, protection of rights and freedoms of every person. As it is noted, the process of forming and improving police officers’ corporative culture demands from higher and middle managerial personnel, mentors and psychologists working in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to combine their efforts within concretization of psychological and pedagogical conditions, which provide improvement of corporative culture in the modern police forces. Psychological and pedagogical conditions for improving corporative culture mean a complex of special psychological and pedagogical measures, which play a system-forming part in planning and carrying out moral work with personnel.
