Psycho-pedagogical potential of integrated training programs

In the article there is revealed and substantiated the pedagogical potential of the academic programs, integrated to formal and non-formal education on the basis of data of the content-analysis, involving the study of different sources that contain information about the status of formal and non-formal educational systems in Russia, which are the invariant on their structure and essence of content but they apparently perceived as unsystematic, randomly organized text material, quantitative and qualitative analysis of texts and text arrays. There is actualized the potential of actors, involved in the design and implementation of the programs. The article emphasizes that created through the integration of formal and non-formal education the essential features of academic programs are constant incompleteness and the ability of interchange with the environment which provides the dynamics of the training programs development and a constant striving for improvement.
