Psychological and pedagogical aspect in the system of relations between a teacher and cadets in the process of practical physical training

It is important to note that in social psychology, when explaining the «goals of communication», the main functions of communication are highlighted, such as: contact; informational; motivational; coordination; understanding; amotional (emotional); establishing relationships; exerting influence As a result of the implementation of these functions in physical culture and sports activities, the psychological and pedagogical process of socialization of students takes place.At the same time, the study of interpersonal relations proper as the most important factor of professional interaction between cadets and teachers in the process of physical training classes in the educational activities of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs remains a little - studied area of pedagogical knowledge.
