Psychopathological mechanisms of aggressive socially dangerous acts committed by schizophrenic patients

comparison of various clinical-social peculiarities of patients with committed by them socially dangerous acts allow to regard that from clinical factors the greatest influence on probability of committing and character of SDA is exerted by psychopathological syndrome. We have conducted a clinical examination of 70 men with schizophrenia under hospital compulsory treatment in Tomsk Clinical Mental Hospital after committing homicides, murderous assault or assault of severe or mild bodily injury. The investigation has shown that leading psychopathological mechanism of socialy dangerous acts appeared to be a productive-psychotic one (78,6 %).
