With multi factorial analysis including quantitative index of glucose of blood, interrelationship between level of glycaemia before meals and structure of non psychotic mental disorders conditioned by influence of psychosocial stress factors has been revealed. It has been identified, that maximum indices of level of glycaemia are associated with depressive disorders. Results of studied interrelationships do not exclude possibility of mediated participation of neurotic, affective, organic disorders in progression and decompensation of DM of type 2 as well as early development of diabetes in persons with previous GTD. Group if high risk includes patients with depressive disorders after psychosocial stress. Depressive and anxiety spectrum disorders should been considered as factors exerting adverse influence on level of glycaemia, clinical course of diabetes, promoting development of persistent metabolic disturbances of carbohydrate metabolism as well as factor of formation of behavioral reactions of the patient that should be taken into account during development of complex programs of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with DM.
