Психосоциальные факторы риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (обзор литературы)

Вопрос о психосоциальных составляющих здоровья населения относится к числу наиболее сложных и трудных. Он связан с ключевыми аспектами жизни людей, условиями их труда, образа жизни. Психосоциальные факторы можно разделить на две основные категории: хронические стрессоры (социально-экономическое положение) и эмоциональные факторы (тревожность, депрессия, жизненное истощение, враждебность), а также их следствие - нарушение сна. Последствиями хронического стресса являются психосоматические заболевания, к которым с полной уверенностью можно отнести артериальную гипертензию, инфаркт миокарда и инсульт. В настоящем обзоре анализируется связь психосоциальных факторов с относительным риском сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), который у лиц с аффективными расстройствами вполне сопоставим с традиционными факторами риска.
