Psychotherapeuticfactors of rehabilitationenvironment of cardiological sanatorium

Effectiveness of psychotherapy of mood disordersin patientswith myocardial infarctionat the phase ofsanatorium rehabilitationwas investigated. It is shownthat the effectiveness of combination ofpsychotherapy andSSRIin the treatment ofthis group of patientsis higher than the effectiveness of antidepressant monotherapy. The analysis ofpsychotherapeuticfactors of sanatorium’s rehabilitationenvironment is presented. An algorithm of psychotherapeutic interventionsis proposed.
