The process of professional and personal formation of students of a technical college is impossible without identifying and implementing psychological and pedagogical conditions in the practice of secondary vocational education, which make it possible to increase its effectiveness.
In the theory of education, it is customary to consider conditions as an environment in which certain pedagogical processes take place. The most detailed and detailed definition of the educational environment is given as a system of influences and conditions for the formation of a personality according to a given model, as well as opportunities for its development contained in the social and subject-spatial environment. The analysis of the educational process of the technical college made it possible to conclude that the content of the components of the educational environment corresponds to the conditions for the implementation.
This statement fully applies to the educational environment of a technical college, the defining vector of functioning of which is the professional orientation of the educational process, or, in other words, the professional context, which is ensured by a competence approach and gives reason to consider the concept of contextual learning as a theoretical platform for the implementation of the latter.
Questions concerning the theory of contextual learning and its application in the system of higher professional education were developed by the scientific school of A. A. Verbitsky [1]. By the working group of teachers, the content of the components of the existing educational environment of the technical college was transformed to reveal the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the professional and personal development of students.
The spatial-subject component of the educational environment is characterized not so much by the totality of certain spatial and subject "units" (rooms, furniture, appliances, etc.), but by the way they function in a given educational environment. Classrooms, laboratories, training grounds are equipped with modern technical teaching aids: computer equipment, local computer network. Teaching aids are presented by electronic teaching aids, electronic textbooks, special computer equipment for conducting educational practices. As a result, we can conclude that the creation of a spatial-subject environment for modeling the future professional activity of students in the educational process is the first psychological and pedagogical condition for the professional and personal development of students.
The professional and personal development of students in the modern educational environment of a technical college to a large extent depends on the level of preparedness, abilities and efforts of the participants in the educational process - the teacher and the student when mastering the professional module. The subjects of the educational process are components of the modern educational environment of a technical college. The educational activities of students in the design and passing them to an individual educational trajectory is aimed at achieving the following main objectives: training of project activities; familiarization with the algorithm for designing individual educational trajectories; management of the process of professional and personal development.
Changes in the requirements for participants in the educational process of a technical college apply not only to students, but also to teachers who, together with students, carry out the process of their professional and personal development. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, the teachers responsible for the development of the professional cycle by students must have a higher education corresponding to the profile of the taught module, experience in organizations of the relevant professional sphere, undergo an internship in specialized organizations at least 1 time in 3 years, master group techniques. work with students, have an idea of the individual characteristics of students, be able to establish trust, partnerships with students to develop skills in project activities. Students and teachers of a technical college in unity, act as a kind of constantly developing poly subject, which is the second psychological and pedagogical condition for the professional and personal development of students.
The transformation of the psycho didactic component of the educational environment of a technical college took place with the use of individual educational trajectories for students mastering the professional module. An individual educational trajectory (program of a professional module) is a document defining learning outcomes, criteria, methods and forms of their assessment, as well as the content of training and requirements for the conditions for mastering a professional module. The organization of the process of mastering the module according to individual educational trajectories is the third psychological and pedagogical condition for the professional and personal development of students of a technical college.
It is possible to transform the social component of the educational environment of a technical college when mastering professional modules by following the algorithm for designing individual educational trajectories (IET). Designing individual educational trajectories presupposes the existence between the teacher and the students of cooperation relations and collectively distributed educational activities, due to the specifics of the professional and personal development of students. The success of designing an individual educational trajectory depends on the degree of trust and an atmosphere of cooperation.
Thus, the result of the transformation of the social component of the educational environment of a technical college in accordance with the principles of the contextual approach is the emergence between the participants of the educational process of cooperation relations and the implementation of collectively distributed educational activities in the construction of individual educational trajectories, which becomes the last, fourth psychological and pedagogical condition for professional and personal development of students.
The revealed psychological and pedagogical conditions make it possible to transform the existing educational environment of a technical college into a modern one, which is capable of ensuring that students achieve educational results that meet the new demands of society.
