Public purpose of municipal property: legal aspect

All property belonging to the property of municipalities can not only be used to solve various public tasks or functions, but also act as a source of income for a certain budget. From the researcher's point of view, the public function of municipal property, as a rule, depends on compliance with the principle of effective management and disposal of property that is owned by public legal entities. The author of the article proposes to eliminate the gap in the legal regulation of this institution, namely, fixing at the legislative level the conditions for the management and disposal of municipal property on the basis of compliance with the principle of efficiency.
