Public services and the electronic government in modern states: things in common and development directions

In article the author observes the general framework of the concept public services and egovernment. On the basis of practice and methodology officially used in the European Union he analyzes things in common and development directions of public services and e-governments in modern states. In conclusion author makes some recommendations how to improve e-government in Russia.
