The article presents the main ways and means of improving the efficiency of management of innovative activities of preschool educational organizations. The accumulated innovative potential allows us to apply effective methods of innovative activity, each teacher to improve their own skills of innovative activity. The author concludes that the effectiveness of the management of innovation processes in a preschool educational organization is provided, first of all, through the development of innovative activities of the teaching staff of a preschool educational organization.
