Ways to solve the current issues of forming a psychological portrait of the modern head in the management system of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article studies and analyses the psychological portrait of a modern leader with the help of the Successful Leader on-line questionnaire. The results of an empirical study revealed leadership styles that would contribute to effective management outcomes.
