Ни одно урологическое осложнение после трансплантации почки, как пузырно-мочеточниковый рефлюкс (ПМР), не характеризуется столь противоречивыми мнениями в отношении этиологии, мер профилактики, роли в развитии и поддержании инфекции мочевых путей, степени влияния на функцию трансплантата, а также показаний для коррекции. Этот факт сподвиг нас провести анализ литературных данных, представленных в системе PubMed, преимущественно за последние 5 лет.
