Working time as a labor law institute

The purpose of this article is to consider the features of the institution of labor law “working time”. The author characterizes the legal regulation of working time at the international and national levels. The social relations regulated by this institution, its functions and features of the method of legal regulation are investigated. Specific principles of the institution “working time” are highlighted.
