Бесплатный доступ

The manuscript reveals the effectiveness and universality of the integrative approach to working with crisis states through imaginative techniques in modern psychotherapy. It is proved that catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy allows to fully implement the principle of an individual approach to each patient, providing an opportunity to take into account not only the nature of his mental disorders, but also personal characteristics, such as the level of intelligence, emotional state, and behavior. It is substantiated that the universality of catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy is manifested in its effectiveness in treating a wide range of psychological problems. It is revealed that catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy can be integrated as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool in long-term treatment methods aimed at changing the structure of a person’s character.
