A state of stress accompanies every person throughout his life, and while studying at a university, where student life is filled with many unfamiliar and sometimes unusual actions, numerous communications, a stressful lifestyle, especially during sessions and exams, it often causes stress. In this article, we consider ways to work with stressful negative conditions using methods and tools used in the elective direction of the physical education discipline “Fitness Yoga”.
