The article is devoted to the consideration of one of the methods of implementing the technology of cooperative education of schoolchildren - teamwork - currently a fairly common and effective way of organizing education in secondary and senior secondary schools. The experience of using cooperative learning in primary schools is rarely considered in methodological sources, and various aspects of the use of this technology in primary schools are insufficiently covered even in the specialized literature. According to the authors, the effect of teamwork, which manifests itself in the intensification of the formation of so-called soft skills in children, has not yet been comprehended: the ability to cooperate, communicate, be creative, and think critically, which is very important already during the child's schooling and in the future should serve as the basis for successful communication. The article presents the results of research conducted by one of the authors on the basis of Perm Gymnasium No. 33; the stages of preparing the class for the implementation of teamwork, its implementation, difficulties on the way to the formation of necessary qualities in children are described; a gradual qualitative increase in results is shown. The implementation of teamwork required the teacher-researcher to restructure the structure of the lesson, as well as to combine various subject areas of knowledge (the world and technology, Russian language and literary reading, mathematics and fine arts, etc.) within the lesson. The authors describe the stages of the lessons, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the work using the described technology, and possible risks in the implementation of this work. The results of the study show a direct dependence of the rate of formation of soft skills: the ability to cooperate, communicate, be creative, and think critically depends on the degree of involvement of schoolchildren in the Kyrgyz Republic.
