Working in a volunteer pedagogical unit as a means of development creative abilities of the individual

The article presents an analysis of the work of the volunteer pedagogical team in summer school camps. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that in the absence of practical work with children, it is impossible to identify positive methods of work in the school team by a theoretical method. In the activity of the unit, the motivation of future teachers for teaching activities is formed, the ability to design educational programs of basic and additional education in different formats is increased.
