Work outside the established working hours

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of work outside the established working hours. The signs inherent in overtime work and work in the conditions of an irregular working day are considered. A number of problems related to the limitation of limits, the procedure for attracting and compensating the types of work under consideration have been identified. Proposals have been made to improve labor legislation in this area of legal relations.
