Specics of the concept “performance management” as theoretical understanding of the object and its development to ensure accessible and qualitative dual system of education in marke economy is discussed. It is noted that implementation of the realization of the basics performance management is founded on systematic, synergetic, anthropological, evolutional, personality activity, module and competence approaches. Modeling of the process of student performance management in dual education system, its specic foundations and subjective factors that provide its effectiveness are presented. The components of student performance management in dual education activities, organization forms of education activities in organizations of professional education are described.
