Polyorchidism is the presence of three or more testicles. Abnormal testes are often at high risk of developing pathology, with hypotrophy and malignization of the accessory testis being the most common pathology. It can be difficult for physicians to make an accurate diagnosis due to the extremely rare occurrence of this pathology. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with a testicular tumor in polyorchidism.
