Breast cancer in women of fertile age in the Chelyabinsk region - the dynamics of morbidity

The role of malignant neoplasms (ZNO) reproductive sphere in the structure of female cancer incidence for many years is in the range of 36.1-37.6 %. In 40 % of cases, the diagnosis of ZNO, including visual localization of the reproductive system is established in the late stages (III-IV) Objective: to determine the general patterns of the level, structure, dynamics and prognosis of breast cancer incidence Material and methods. The study period from 2008 to 2017 was conducted by a continuous method on the General population of all patients with breast cancer from among the residents of the region (3016 patients). Results and discussion. In the Chelyabinsk region, the total incidence of breast cancer from 2008 to 2016 differed uneven growth with a maximum of 40,2, cases per 100 thousand women of fertile age, in 2017 there was a decrease to 33,4. Summary. The incidence of breast cancer in women of fertile age has a pronounced negative trend in the last ten years, mainly due to the increase in the incidence of women in urban districts and rural areas.
