Pancreatic cancer is a seriousdesease, the frequency of which increases every year and characterized by high mortality. Pancreatic cancer ranks fifth in mortality. This pathology affects the elderly, the ratio of men and women is 2:1. In 90% of cases, cancer of the pancreas is represented by ductal adenocarcinoma. In 2018, 134 cases of pancreatic cancer were registered, of which 59.8% of the diagnosis was confirmed morphologically. Stage 1 accounted for 7.38%, stage 2 - 18.85%, stage 3 -9.02%, stage 4 - 64.75%. The one-year mortality rate was 6.43%.
