Given the demographic situation in Russian Federation, the problems of morbidity among women of childbearing age are of particular importance. Tumors of the reproductive system occupy the first place in the structure of cancer in female population (37.6%). Malignant neoplasms of the external genitals make up 8% of the total incidence of malignant neoplasms of the female reproductive system. Of all patients with vulvar cancer, 80% are women over 55 years, and only 7.6% are patients under the age of 50 years. However, the number of middle-aged and young women who have become ill has been increasing over the past decade. In literature, there are few data on the combination of vulvar cancer with pregnancy and childbirth. In this article, we provide the analysis of morbidity and mortality due to malignant tumors of the vulva in women of childbearing age in the Chelyabinsk region and present a clinical case of spontaneous pregnancy and delivery in a young woman one year after surgical treatment of malignant tumor of the vulva.
