The article is devoted to the attribution of a complex of porcelain works from the collection of the Ekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts which entered the museum’s funds in 1960. They come from the collection of the famous Sverdlovsk architect and collector K. T. Babykin (1880-1960). The collection is distinguished by the breadth of representation of works of Russian and Western European porcelain manufactories of the 19th - early 20th century. This is something unusual for the Ural private collections of the first half of the 20th century. The immediate reason the publication was the unique items found in this collection and previously unexplored from the own Painting Workshop of Prince N. B. Yusupov (1750-1831). Examples from this private enterprise are quite rare in museum and private collections of museums in Russia, In addition, according to the indicated marking, the works from the collection of the Ekaterinburg Museum are by far the earliest identified examples of this workshop. The article provides information confirming the attribution of the objects of Yusupov’s Painting Workshop. This includes the deciphering of the markings, as well as a comparative analysis of the decor of the works, characteristic of European porcelain of the late 18th - first quarter of the 19th century, with the pictorial techniques of other European and domestic enterprises.
