In this paper, a description of the FM-1 batch freezer that is used to obtain “soft” ice cream with the purpose of its implementation immediately after preparation, the principle of operation of this freezer and technical characteristics is proposed. Also presented are calculations confirming the performance of the FM-1 batch freezer.
