Calculations confirming the working capacity of the structure of the block cutter J2-FR

In this article, we consider a brief description and principle of operation of the H2-FRR block cutter for grinding monolithic, frozen blocks from trimmed meat without signs of partial defrostation on the surface of the block. We also give technological and kinematic calculations confirming the performance of this machine.
